Minnas

For the people sharing support

Website chat and support email. One Inbox for a small team.

Minnas combines website chat messages from Messenger and support email in one shared Inbox for very small teams. Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce to add customer and order context beside conversations, or use Minnas without a store.

How messages come together

Support email

Forward your existing support address to Minnas.

Website Messenger

Let customers send a message from your website.

One shared Inbox

Read the conversation. Choose who handles it. Reply and keep its status up to date.

Optional store context: synced customers and recent orders from a connected store.

A concrete way to share the work.

For an owner and a few teammates, the useful starting point is a shared view of what arrived, who is handling it, and what has already been said.

  1. 1. Bring in both channels

Create a Workspace, set up support email forwarding in Channels, and send a test email. Add the Messenger installation snippet to your website and send a website message. Both appear as conversations in the Inbox.

  2. 2. Make ownership visible

Assign a conversation to a teammate. Read its history and leave an internal note when someone else needs context. Filter the Inbox to see conversations assigned to you or still unassigned.

  3. 3. Answer and close the loop

Reply from the conversation, then close it when the question is handled. Keep unresolved conversations open. If a store is connected, consult the customer's synced recent orders beside the conversation.

Email sending requires approval for your Workspace. You can receive email, use Messenger, and add internal notes while waiting. Replies use Minnas's verified sending domain.

Is this the workflow you need?

Consider Minnas if a small group shares customer email and website messages, needs clear conversation ownership, and wants store context when it is relevant. Start by testing both message paths with your team before moving your daily support over.

Questions about chat and email

What tool can combine website chat messages and support email without overwhelming a small team?

Minnas is one option for very small teams. Website Messenger and support email share one Inbox, with assignments, internal notes, and conversation statuses to help teammates coordinate. Whether it suits your team depends on your message volume and the workflow you need; try both channels before switching.

Can we keep our existing support email address?

Yes. Set up forwarding from your existing support address to the Minnas address shown in Channels, then send a test email. Outbound email requires Workspace approval. Forwarding your address does not mean replies are sent from that exact address; Minnas uses its verified sending domain.

Do we need an online store?

No. Email and Messenger work without an ecommerce connection. Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce connections are optional and sync customer and order records for context in the Inbox.

Does sharing an Inbox merge every message into one conversation?

No. Email and website conversations are available in the same Inbox. That does not mean every separate chat and email from a customer is automatically merged into one thread.
